Straight from the steamer, Snow Crab Clusters, Maryland Blue Crabs or Dungeness Crabs will surely please your crab-loving partner. These selections are prepared with our special blend crab seasoning. Both Crofton and Edgewater offer crawfish, oysters, and jumbo shrimp from the steamer.
Our hearts are bursting with love over shrimp. Crofton and Edgewater offer a heaping bowl of crispy fried popcorn shrimp tossed in a creamy Cajun sauce. As a side, the two locations offer hand-breaded fried jumbo shrimp served with zesty cocktail sauce and cornbread. They also offer their fabulous Cajun Boils with a choice of shrimp or other seafood.
You can also try Crofton’s delicious Shrimp & Sausage Skillet. The two main ingredients are pan sautéed together, combined with jambalaya sauce, peppers, and onions. Another Crofton specialty is their Coconut Shrimp, which is hand-breaded with fresh coconut, panko, and beer batter, and then served with a plum sauce, hush puppies, and coleslaw.
Some couples really love sharing crab cake on Valentine’s Day. Both Crofton and Edgewater offer these delectables that can be the main feature of a romantic dinner. The Shack All Jumbo Crab Cake is a half-pound of all jumbo lump crab cake, broiled, and served with baked potato salad or coleslaw.
